Peters Brothers, Inc. is hiring CDL A Regional/OTR Reefer Drivers in Jefferson, WI. Drivers will be hauling refrigerated freight in 53 ft multi-zone temperature trailers throughout the United States. • Average annual pay: $85,000 to $95,000
• Top drivers earn $100,000+
• Starting 60 CPM (Includes 9½ CPM Per Diem Pay)
• Average of 2,700 miles weekly
• Paid practical miles using PC Miler, paid for all miles
• Layover pay: $150
• Stop pay: $30 for each stop
• Detention pay: $30 per hour after first hour
• Seniority pay increase
• Bonuses:
  Quarterly Safety Bonus $150 each quarter;
  End of Year Safety Bonus;
  Quarterly Fuel Bonus: 1-7 CPM;
  Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $125;
  Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days

• Route: OTR 48 states, primarily east of the Mississippi River
• Level of Touch: 100% No Touch Freight

• Late model Freightliner & Kenworth trucks
• Automatic transmission
• Amenities: XM radio, fridge, mattress
• Governed speed: 68 mph
• Dual facing camera for safety purposes (automatically activated when on drive line)

• Must be at least 24 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Steady work history averaging 1 year or more at jobs in last 3 years
• No prior positive drug/alcohol test results or refusal to test
• No DUI/DWIs within last 10 years
• No major accidents or violations within last 3 years
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius:
  Drivers must live within 50 miles of Jefferson, WI or be willing to relocate
