2nd Shift Paint Associate

4 day work week! Quarterly profitability bonuses!

Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am

$19/hr ($18 base pay + $1 Shift Differential)

Will be responsible for working in all cells on the paint line to include: loading / unloading line, steam cleaning parts, applying rivets, retrieving / delivery of parts carts. Duties may also involve wet spray-painting various components and sub-assemblies of Lantech equipment.

• Able to lift and/or push loads up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to troubleshoot problems with electrostatic gun.
• Must be quality conscious and be able to assist team leader to troubleshoot paint quality issues.
• Must be a team-oriented individual with good interaction / communication skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed to meet schedule requirements.
• Must be able to drive a fork truck or willing/able to complete Lantech forklift certification.

Safety-focus mindset

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training from vocational or trade school is a plus.
