An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate Doctor, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing Doctor.

• Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor on clinical practice and patient management.
• Utilize Lens Crafters’ fully furnished office and advanced digital eye examination equipment.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient recall system.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
• Full scope of practice with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
• Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments.
• Full suite of OD equipment, including Clarifye and the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.

Doctor of Optometry (OD) required. Independent affiliation with Lens Crafters or experience in a private independent practice preferred.
