Infant Lead Teacher (ECE Certified) – The Learning Experience Foxboro

Location: Foxboro, MA

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is hiring a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to support our youngest learners in a nurturing, high-quality early childhood environment. Our infant classroom is designed to promote secure attachments, early development, and joyful exploration during a child’s most formative stage.

This role is ideal for an ECE-certified infant teacher who values responsive caregiving, strong family partnerships, and developmentally appropriate practice.

• Lead an infant classroom that prioritizes safety, comfort, and individualized care.
• Support early development through sensory play, language exposure, movement, and daily routines.
• Use The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide intentional infant learning experiences.
• Communicate consistently with families regarding feedings, naps, milestones, and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all Massachusetts EEC health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to ensure consistency and quality of care.

• Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required

• At least 6 months of infant classroom experience (1+ year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
