* Job Description:

** The Facility Supervisor will report to the Facility Manager. Will assist in overseeing and maintaining the establishment and ongoing operations of the company’s grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that the workspace is safe and functional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, HVAC, scrubbers, water treatment systems, electrical systems, factory layout, and a thorough understanding of local laws and regulations.
** Responsibilities:**
* ** Facility Management:**  + Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC systems, MAU, RAU, Scrubbers, Chillers, Boilers, Chemical and Waste Management, electrical systems, cleanroom environment (Temperature & Humidity Control and Pressure Control), UPW, PCW, Vacuum & CDA system and specialty gases and chemicals.  + Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all facility systems.  + Ensure the facility system is consistent operating at optimum level.
* ** Project Management:**  + Plan, coordinate, and manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and repairs.  + Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.  + Prepare project plans, budgets, and timelines, and report on project progress.
* ** Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:**  + Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of facility systems.  + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment.  + Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and potential improvements.
* ** Safety and Compliance:**  + Ensure that all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.  + Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.  + Develop and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
* ** Energy and Waste Management:**  + Monitor and manage energy consumption to promote sustainability and reduce costs.  + Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and best practices.  + Track and analyze utility usage and costs, and report on energy efficiency.  + Monitor and manage waste generated to ensure compliance to EPA requirements
