This is an on‑site, full‑time Client Services Manager position located in Jeffersonville, IN. The Client Services Manager will support clients by ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing service requests, and collaborating with other team members to provide tailored financial solutions. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for delivering exemplary client service.

• Strong Customer Service and Client Services skills to provide a positive and professional experience for clients.
• Excellent Communication skills for articulating and addressing client needs efficiently and effectively.
• Manage our social media presence and help with marketing.
• Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive support and problem resolution.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with a computer, MS Office software, Outlook is required and knowledge of financial planning tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience in financial services is strongly preferred.
