As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. • Provide speech language pathology services to residents, focusing on improving and maintaining communication and swallowing abilities.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff; promote physical and psychosocial well-being.
• Participate in a structured 9-month mentorship program to grow clinical and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.

• Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
