DescriptionThe successful applicant will primarily perform vascular ultrasound studies for the Vein Center. May also perform abdominal, ob/gyn and high resolution ultrasound studies. Must possess the ability to use independent judgement to acquire optimum diagnostic images, effectively communicate diagnostic information to the radiologist and/or physician, and have the ability to communicate well with the patient and other healthcare professionals. The candidate will be a graduate of a formal diagnostic medical sonography program or radiologic technology program, credentialed by the ARDMS, CCI or ARRT, and preferably, have two years of full-time ultrasound experience.
