Responsibilities- The principle duties include ensuring theappropriateness of drug therapy for safe and effective treatment through ongoingclinical monitoring, care planning, and documentation; ensuring compliance with Pharmacy standards in the dispensing and compounding of medications; adhering to Federal and State Pharmacy laws and licensing requirements; acting as asource of drug information for patients and health care professionals; andassuming on-call responsibilities.
- Licensed (or eligible) Pharmacist in the state of Indiana with Pharm
D in Pharmacy.
