This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Jeffersonville, IN. The Healthcare Specialist will oversee and provide essential medical and healthcare services, conduct training sessions related to healthcare topics, and maintain communication with team members and clients. Responsibilities also include responding to medical emergencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare practices, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of medical and healthcare advancements.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) skills and healthcare practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Basic to advanced knowledge of medicine and healthcare systems
- Experience in conducting or participating in training sessions on healthcare topics
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry developments
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset with the ability to work well in dynamic environments
- Relevant certification as required by the state of Indiana (e.g., EMT certification)
