Shift Available: 1st ShiftAs a Behavioral Health Technician
, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, assisting with intake processes, transportation, and day-to-day client needs. You’ll help clients adjust to their new environment, answer questions, and report any physical or mental health changes to medical staff. Your top priority? Keeping clients safe, supported, and on track toward their goals.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: 1+ years in the mental health field (or relevant college coursework preferred)
- Skills: Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a passion for helping others
- Safety First: Ability to maintain a secure and structured environment for clients
- Valid Driver’s License (for transportation assistance when needed)
- Build positive relationships with clients and support their recovery journey
- Assist with client intake, orientation, and admission procedures
- Maintain open communication and provide timely shift reports
Lead orientation groups or meetings with clients - Monitor client locations, conduct routine check-ins, and ensure safety at all times
- Support the medical team during medication administration (if applicable)
- Ensure all facility spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Help de-escalate situations and address client concerns professionally
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions
