Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions across business domains.
• Architect scalable and optimized data models, ensuring strong data foundations and best‑practice modeling strategies.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations, KPIs, time‑intelligence metrics, and analytical functions to meet sophisticated business requirements.
• Establish and maintain reusable templates, themes, dataflows, and BI governance frameworks.
• Integrate enterprise data from diverse systems (SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, data warehouses) into unified Power BI datasets.
• Implement and govern Row‑Level Security (RLS), workspace roles, and enterprise‑level security practices.
• Drive performance tuning efforts — improving query speed, data model efficiency, and dashboard load times.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate analytical needs into actionable reporting strategies and BI roadmaps.
• Oversee and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Power Query and integrated data sources.
• Oversee deployment pipelines (Dev/UAT/Prod) and ensure consistent release management and version control.
• Guide junior developers with code reviews, technical mentoring, and best‑practice enforcement.
• Partner with data engineers and architects to design robust data pipelines and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues, refresh failures, model inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Review and validate metric definitions, business rules, and data logic for accuracy and consistency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for visualization standards, dashboard usability, and storytelling best practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support testing cycles and ensure quality assurance of BI deliverables.
• Document technical specifications, data lineage, transformation logic, and model architecture.
• Influence BI strategy by identifying automation opportunities, recommending enhancements, and driving modernization initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison with stakeholders to align reporting solutions with evolving business goals.
