Jeffersonville, Indiana (Greater Louisville, KY area, onsite 3 days per week)

• Proven experience managing and leading technical delivery teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI or similar data reporting/analytics platforms.
• Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Track record of successfully delivering Power BI, data reporting, or analytics projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create and present executive‑level progress reports and presentations.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Must be local to the greater Louisville, KY area and able to work onsite in Jeffersonville, IN at least 3 days per week.

• Engage directly with our technical delivery team to ensure work quality consistently exceeds client expectations.
• Remove roadblocks and provide guidance that enables the team to do their best work.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and present compelling monthly progress updates to client leadership, translating technical achievements into business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor who deeply understands both the client’s business and our ongoing projects.
• Build strong relationships across the client organization to maintain pulse on priorities and challenges.

• Actively listen for pain points, challenges, and opportunities within the client organization.
• Develop business cases for additional services and solutions that address client needs.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to scope and propose new revenue opportunities.

• Create executive‑level progress reports that clearly communicate status, risks, and wins.
• Maintain visibility into all initiatives and ensure stakeholders have the information they need.
• Leverage data and metrics to demonstrate value and inform decision‑making.
