Business Analyst III-H – Expedite Talent Solutions

Analyze business requests that need to be solved with automated systems. Formulate and design the scope and objectives of automated systems based on user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements within stated sizing estimates. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing where necessary, and create specifications for the system to meet business requirements.

Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experienced in Scrum/Agile SDLC; working with scrum masters and product managers to achieve overall sprint management.
  • Comfortable working with JIRA/Atlassian products and Slack.
  • Proactively identifying and removing roadblocks.
  • Facilitating work with downstream technical stakeholders.
  • User Acceptance Testing.
  • Working seamlessly across Product Management, UX, and various stakeholders to drive actionable requirements.
  • Intake call notes.
Interview Process
  • 30‑minute virtual interviews with Taylor Lee and Jonathan Clark.
  • Final interview panel.
Key Skill Requirements
  • Agile/Scrum Experience – strong foundational experience in agile environments.
  • Integration & API Knowledge – ability to troubleshoot and work effectively with integrations.
  • Payment/Point‑of‑Sale (POS) Background – familiarity with payment processing or POS environments (hardware + software). Candidates with both hardware and software experience are prioritized.
  • Performance Metrics (KPI/SLA) – evaluated per project.

  • Number of reworked tickets.
  • Bugs/defects.

Reporting to:
Taylor.

Location:

100% remote (North America, Eastern Time Zone preferred).

Travel: 2–3 times per quarter for strategic or working sessions.
