Senior Supervisor – Pharma Cord

The Senior Supervisor will lead a team that delivers compassionate support to patients and partners. You will manage daily program operations, hire and develop staff, and ensure accurate, timely handling of prescriptions and patient records.

• Daily program operational management – ensure SLA adherence and manage client‑specific business rules.
• Team hiring, development and coaching – maintain staffing levels, provide training and deliver consistent coaching.
• Reporting of adverse events and product complaint inquiries in accordance with SOP and good manufacturer practices.

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in pharmacy or specialty drug services.
• Supervisory or team‑management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to confidentiality of personal health information.

• Regularly required to sit, type and use hands for extended periods; ability to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; flexibility to travel as needed.
