As a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator, you’ll handle everything from receiving and storing materials to picking, packing, and loading shipments — all while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality. The position is located at our Jeffersonville, IN facility.

• Monday‑Friday 1st shift

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials safely
• Receive, organize, and store incoming products and materials
• Pick and load orders for shipment using FIFO and preferred lot numbers
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers
• Train on the Direct Distribution process and use lifting equipment as needed
• Perform regular and quarterly inventory counts to maintain accuracy in SAP
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Work closely with other operations teams to support daily goals

• High school diploma or GED
• Electric forklift experience (1+ year)
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Able to work in a group setting or independently
• Self‑motivated and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to be safety‑minded
