Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our production processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure cost-effective operations in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Base pay range

$47,840.00/yr - $64,480.00/yr

Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will maximize production throughput and minimize costs by developing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment. You will troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.

Production Support
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop routings and implement lean manufacturing, best‑in‑class machining, and efficient tools.
  • Establish equipment maintenance processes.
  • Troubleshoot systematically, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain documentation (e.g., Composer assemblies, instructions, routings).
Process Improvement
  • Plan floor space rearrangements.
  • Research new technologies to enhance production.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD, Solid Works, Composer, Draft Sight; ERP experience (e.g., INFOR, SAP) preferred.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
