This role offers a base pay range of $18.50/hr - $20.50/hr
. Earn a $1,000 Signing Bonus, with $250 distributed at 3‑month, 6‑month, 9‑month, and 1‑year anniversaries.

- Assemble, solder, wire, and: repair electronics, robotics components, sub‑assemblies, and finished goods.
- Ensure circuit and component performance meets specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors.
- Calibrate, test, and maintain production and test‑associated equipment.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly/production experience with ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- High mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting component defects.
- Knowledge of fundamental electronics.
- Ability to read blueprints and product schematics.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
- ’ur›Dependable: arrive at 6:00 am ready to work.
- Day shift (6 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Thursday, 6 am – 2:30 pm Friday).
- 44‑hour work week (seasonal overtime available).
