As a Manufacturing Shift Lead, you will partner with production leadership to oversee daily operations, ensuring that safety, quality, and throughput targets are consistently achieved. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing line performance, managing raw material flow, and fostering a culture of operational excellence on the production floor.

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing line performance, managing raw material flow, and fostering a culture of operational excellence on the production floor.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily shift activities to ensure all products meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to verify compliance with housekeeping, safety, and food manufacturing protocols.
- Manage production line changeovers, including raw material inspection and initial quality verification.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems and ERP software to ensure accurate job tracking and bill of material compliance.
- Analyze line downtime using efficiency tools to drive continuous improvement and elevate issues effectively.
- Communicate shift handovers clearly to maintain operational continuity and address production challenges.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
- Proven track record in a leadership or project management capacity.
- Strong proficiency in safety compliance and quality control procedures.
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and efficiency software.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and manage complex production schedules.
