Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator Lead to collaborate with the Production Supervisor on daily floor operations. The role ensures safety, quality, and throughput are achieved while complying with food safety requirements.
You will support changeovers, material batching, and quality checks, and you will coordinate with multiple shifts to resolve issues and optimize line performance. This position is on-site at our Indiana facility and requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts.
