** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate haul units to transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry.
* Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
* Follow established safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational standards at all times.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and supervisors to support production goals.
* Maintain a clean work area while contributing to efficient and reliable quarry operations.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial, construction, mining, or quarry environment.
* Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Ability to inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and communicate concerns effectively.
* Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Capability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment while adapting to changing operational needs.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
