American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN
- Telemetry with 2+ years acute inpatient tele experience and Epic proficiency required.

• Med-Surg Telemetry unit (3SE) with 24 beds
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• CRN and discharge nurse support, with weekday pharmacist coverage
• RN reads telemetry; no titration required
• Mixed diagnosis patient population
• Uses IV/PCA pumps, wound vac, and glucometer equipment
• Skills required include trach care, feeding tubes, CPAP, wound vac, and dialysis assessment
• Night shift, 6:45pm-7:15am, 3 days per week, 36 hours weekly
• Every other weekend required
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active RN license (Indiana or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years acute inpatient telemetry RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required

• Responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and patient families to support care needs
• Provides patient and family education throughout stay and at discharge
• Delegates tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff and serves as a mentor/preceptor
• Participates in quality, safety, and service process improvement initiatives
• Complies with regulatory standards and practice governance model
