Will prepare mealsfor regular & therapeutic diets & cook selected items for team members& guests in the cafeteria. Will keepaccurate temperature records, demonstrate a proficient knowledge of safe foodpractices & follow recipe guidelines for meal production. This position also sets-up or cooks selected items for later usage; sets-up Doctors lounge asneeded; roasts, slices, portions & pans meats; assists with catering, &assists other cooks as directed by the Production Manager.

Qualifications Food service experience is beneficial. Neat clean appearance is required. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must possess good communication skills and be able to read and write.
