Overview
Food Production Associate ) - 1611730 at Clark Memorial
Responsibilities- Procures, measures, and prepares food using proper safety and safe food handling practices.
- Preps all vegetables and fruits for department needs.
- Preps and arranges all salads, gelatinous desserts, and fruit plates in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Preps, pans, and sets up salad bar in cafeteria, taking and recording temperatures prior to meal service.
- Works 40 hrs/week, with mixed shifts.
- Food service experience is beneficial.
- Neat, clean appearance is required.
- Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment.
- Must possess good communication skills and be able to read and write.
