Overview
Food Production Associate ) - 1611518 at Clark Memorial
Responsibilities- Procures, measures, and prepares food using proper safety and safe food handling practices.
- Preps all vegetables and fruits for department needs.
- Preps and arranges all salads, gelatins, and fruit plates in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Preps, pans and sets up salad bar in cafeteria, taking and recording temperatures prior to meal service.
- Food service experience is beneficial.
- Neat, clean appearance is required.
- Must be able to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess good communication skills and be able to read and write.
