We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Restaurant General Manager who is serious about managing high expectations and conducting business in a respectful and highly ethical way. Your responsibilities will include leading multi‑unit operations, raising the execution level of all team members, and fostering individual growth and performance. McAlister’s Deli offers a non‑smoking, no‑alcohol, no‑grease environment and a menu featuring high‑quality deli sandwiches, baked potatoes, soups, salads, desserts, and our famous sweet tea.

• Open generally from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.
• No early mornings breaking 100 dozen eggs, no late nights ushering guests to their Uber; just hard work with great development upside.
