Do you love the restaurant industry? Looking for an upbeat atmosphere? How about a brand-new restaurant to manage? We are looking for an energetic, creative, driven, and self‑motivated Restaurant General Manager who will take ownership and drive the performance of the Restaurant.

• Manage all food and beverage operations.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
• Maximize sales and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company standards.
• Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards.
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team.
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll.
• Maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement.
• Ensure communication meetings are conducted.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

• Passion for service and the Food and Beverage industry.
• A minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and food & beverage cost, and labor management.
• Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and listening skills; excellent speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization; ability to multi‑task.
• Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work nights and weekends on a full‑time basis.
• Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions.
• Must be a self‑starter willing to motivate and develop team members.
