Overview

Sales Enablement Specialist, POS at Global Payments Inc. Responsibile for delivering programs and collateral to enhance sales effectiveness and drive performance. Manages execution of key initiatives, ensuring training, tools, and resources are adopted across the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales projects and initiatives from inception through delivery, ensuring on time, within budget, quality. Design, communicate, implement operational plans, monitor progress, adjust as needed.
  • Create sales plays, playbooks, collateral, and readiness processes for POS sales channels with Sales Leadership.
  • Form cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Product, Compliance, Marketing, BI, and Training to develop enablement tools, acting as liaison.
  • Develop sales communication strategies for POS channels, ensuring timing, delivery and cadence.
  • Partner with Training teams for POS product releases, integrations and enhancements, including certification process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to create feedback loop on beta programs and pilots.
  • Work with product groups on new releases to understand value proposition and GTM strategy for supporting sellers.
  • Serve as sales voice with product support and POS operations teams to reduce barriers to selling.
  • Support Leadership Development and Sales Methodology transformation tasks or projects as requested.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Preferred: 2+ years experience in POS or Payments business.
  • Preferred: 3+ years in Sales Ops or Sales Enablement role.
Desired Skills & Capabilities
  • Proficiency in G‑Suite tools and Microsoft.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, food service, or sales.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Capable of working independently and team collaborative in cross‑functional environment.
  • Understanding of sales methodology, marketing, lead campaigns and performance metrics.
  • Team‑oriented and adaptable, proactive approach to supporting additional priorities.
