Orion Wholesale’s inside sales team is the engine that drives growth—finding new customers, retaining existing ones, and building lasting relationships. We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to help expand our wholesale division. Full-time, in-person | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Business casual (no jeans)

• Base Pay: $18/hour starting base
• Commissions & Bonuses:
  Uncapped commissions + regular SPIFFs
• Earnings Potential:
• $50,000–$60,000/year for moderate performers
• $65,000–$70,000+ for strong performers
• $100,000+/year for top producers

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts in the firearms wholesale industry
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent service
• Manage order processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Stay informed on industry products, trends, and regulations
• Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound sales calls daily
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Proven negotiation abilities to close sales and foster long-term relationships
• Experience in inside sales and B2B sales environments
• Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce for managing customer interactions
• Familiarity with telemarketing and technology sales strategies
• Background in customer service and business development to enhance client satisfaction

The Warehouse Picker/Packer supports efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs and a commitment to safety.

• Received picked merchandise for packing and prepare products for shipment.
• Tape, seal, and label packages to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with incoming shipments as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with a reliable and positive attitude.
• 1 year of forklift experience preferred (training available).
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation.
