$22-$25/hour | Onsite | Part-Time
Jenison, MI
Schedule:
Flexible, Mondays and Fridays, with the possibility of one additional weekday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
• Flexible schedule with 2-3 days per week and consistent daytime hours
• Opportunity to work with modern accounting systems including Net Suite and
• High visibility role supporting key accounting and business operations
• Collaborative, laid-back team environment where your contributions matter

• Process and enter Accounts Payable invoices through
• Support Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice entry and payment tracking
• Assist with reconciliations and accounting data cleanup related to an ERP migration
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and collections activities
• Provide day-to-day accounting support and assist with special projects as needed
• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience
• Experience with Net Suite or strong Quick Books experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Experience supporting AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting functions
