The Friel Agency – State Farm Insurance is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent client support while confidently identifying and pursuing in‑book sales opportunities.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Service – Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process policy changes with care and professionalism.
- Support Clients Through Claims – Assist with insurance claims and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify Sales Opportunities – Recognize in‑book opportunities to recommend additional products that meet customer needs.
- Stay Organized – Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Collaborate with the Team – Work alongside licensed teammates to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to confidently engage in sales conversations when opportunities arise.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
- Previous customer service experience preferred; sales experience a plus.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
