Cardinal Point Security Group has an immediate need for a reliable, customer‑focused Front Desk Attendant for an upscale apartment building. The Concierge must stand and greet everyone seeking access to the property and provide informational assistance to visitors and guests as needed.

$15.00 per hour

Jenkintown, PA

• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Pleasantly welcomes and screens all guests.
• Accepts and retrieves packages for residents.
• Direct or escorts guests to appropriate destinations.
• Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activity.
• Interact with guests, staff, and residents in a courteous manner.
• Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment.
• Promptly answer telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner.
• Assists residents with unloading groceries, retrieving shopping carts.
• Must be punctual and on time for all shifts.
• Must be in company issued uniform at all times.
• Assist resident when pull cord is activated.
• Light maintenance work such as mopping the floors, unclogging toilets as needed.
• Walk the facility ensuring safety.

• Must have at least four years of working experience in security/facilities.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment is a must.
• Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps).
• Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written).
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift.
• Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others.
• Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members.

• Physically able to walk and patrol, climb staircases, bend, stoop, and carry 40 pounds.
