You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product and receive telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Maintain cash, inventory, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Deliver pizzas within a designated area, carrying and navigating delivery sites
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and store profitability initiatives
• Attend to staff training, attendance, and punctuality

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used)
• Accurate change calculation with cash handling
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Proficient in using a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders
• Good navigational skills for reading maps and locating addresses
• Motor coordination for precise, rapid movements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery

• Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum; occasional climbing of stairs or ladders
• Lifting 30–50 lb cases, carrying up to 12 lb trays, and pushing/pulling dollies
• Stooping, bending, and crouching at the assembly station and during stocking
• Reaching up to 72 in. above waist and reaching deep to handle ingredients and equipment
• Hand‑eye coordination required for dough shaping, pizza preparation, and box assembly
• Driving during delivery shifts, often navigating multiple deliveries per shift
