• Organize shifts and schedules for crew members.
• Handle cash, work the cash register and drive‑thru.
• Manage inventory and ordering for food and supplies.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the crew, promoting a positive team culture.
• Maintain sanitation standards and food safety procedures.
• Operate the fryer/griddle and prepare orders.

$18.50 – $24.00 per hour, based on average hours worked, location, and length of service.

• 1+ year of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
