Dollar Express is the newest entrant in the dollar store segment of the retail industry. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, we operate 330 stores in 36 states.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.

• Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, well‑stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
• Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport items from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise.
• Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system.
• Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
