We are looking for a Production Trainer in Jerome,  Production Trainer is trained to effectively and safely carry out the duties/tasks of each position within production. This position will conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.

• Conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.
• Oversee and manage training checklists for employee being trained.
• Learn to carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assisting in the production process and learning various tasks.
• Assist with document control.
• Data entry.
• Fully trained in all departments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Previous work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Training experience preferred.

Our Jerome, , plant is home to approximately 400 employees and processes approximately 7 million pounds of milk per day. This facility produces various types of cheeses, such as mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, muenster, parmesan, romano, Monterey jack, gouda, and asiago. They also run various whey streams, such as deproteinized whey, sweet dairy whey, GMP, permeate, instantized, and our top-rated BiPro products.
