** Regular The Predictive Maintenance Technician I is responsible for executing the plant’s Predictive Maintenance program; including collection and analysis of vibration, ultra sound, and thermographic information for plant equipment and performing precision maintenance. The Predictive Maintenance Technician I helps ensure that all plant assets are operating at optimal levels to achieve the optimum equipment life.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

***** Collect, manage and analyze thermography data, vibration analysis data, and ultra-sonic analysis data.
* Generate reports for corrective actions based on thermography data, vibration analysis data and ultra-sonic analysis data.
* Educate maintenance technicians on predictive, preventive and precision maintenance techniques.
* Complete failure analysis procedures and documentation following equipment failures.
* Generate work orders for corrective action as needed.
* Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management.##

Duties and Responsibilities:

***** Work within the MMS (maintenance management system) to assign work orders as needed
* Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Safety Protocol  + Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.  + Correct or report any observed safety hazards.  + Support safety policies and programs.

* Education Required:

***** High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Specialized training in the mechanical/technical field, with an emphasis in Industrial Maintenance required.
* Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Ideally 3 years in reliability/predictive.
* Experience with Maintenance Management System (MMS) such as Maximo preferred.

* Education:

High school diploma + technical/mechanical training.

* Skills:

Strong computer and data analysis skills. Ability to work independently. Continuous improvement mindset.
