Salary: $70,000 - $85,000+

With strategically located distribution centers, seamless, dedicated truck routes, after‑hours support, and well‑maintained late‑model tractors, you will be comfortable driving your assigned rig knowing we have your back 24/7.
As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for delivering orders to customers, picking up stock from vendors, and maintaining the safety and functionality of your vehicle. You will also ensure accurate records are kept and meet all regulatory requirements. Our ideal candidate focuses on customer service, safety, and maintaining an organized schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Truck Loading
- Efficiently load staged orders in a manner that optimizes delivery routes.
- Product Delivery & Pick‑Up
- Deliver products to customers and branch locations as per the scheduled routes.
- Pick up products from suppliers as needed.
- Handle hazardous loads and regulatory forms with care and accuracy.
- Properly manage perishable and freezable products to maintain product integrity.
- Maintain a customer‑first attitude with top‑notch service and communication skills.
- Record Maintenance
- Ensure licenses and permits are current and readily available.
- Keep accurate logs, mileage reports, and other necessary documents.
- Submit all paperwork, such as bills of lading, purchase orders, and mileage logs, to the designated office staff promptly.

- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Required
- Education:
High school degree or equivalent - Experience:
1+ year(s) of previous semi‑driving experience - Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Education:
- Preferred
- HAZMAT and tanker endorsements (company assistance can be provided to obtain)
- Experience with weight scale (truck weighing), forklift, pallet jacks, load locks, and HAZMAT equipment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism on the road
- Ability to handle hazardous materials, perishable goods, and regulatory paperwork
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate logs and records
- Ability to lift and carry items as necessary
