Accounts Payable Coordinator II – ICAT Logistics
Join our Accounts Payable team. This role focuses on accurate and timely data entry of domestic and/or international vendor invoices into our operating platform, ensuring compliance and reporting while driving process improvements.
Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy in coding, approvals, and payments.
- Review and respond to vendor statements and payment requests.
- Prepare weekly payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
- Research and resolve problem variances and discrepancies between billed and expensed amounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain approvals and resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the first point of contact for vendors and internal teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
- Assist with monthly AP close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Develop, document, and maintain accounts payable data entry best practices through IOPs and IOMs.
- Prepare reports and updates on AP activities for management.
- Provide excellent service to vendors and colleagues with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and operating equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: $23.00 – $26.92 per hour.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent (further education or training preferred).
- 4+ years of accounts payable or related office/accounting experience.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or accounting software a plus.
- Customer service orientation.
