Product Manager - Vice President; Assets

As part of the Citco Fund Services business line and Product team, Product Manager (Real Assets), you will support the Head of Product and the management team of the Real Assets line of business in creating a standardized approach to Citco Fund Services / The Citco Group of Companies’ global Real Assets Property Services offering. The role directly supports the business line’s revenue growth plans as a subject matter expert to the business development and relationship management teams.

You will primarily contribute to the development and expansion of Property Services offering in North America while supporting the team across Europe and Asia, with focus on jurisdictional requirements and customizations. The role combines product management know-how with solid real estate operational knowledge to help shape, define, and enhance service offerings that support client needs and drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with colleagues in Real Assets, Technology, Client Services, and Business Development to turn Property Service opportunities into scalable, client-ready solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Project and/or Product Management Professional qualification helpful but not essential.
• At least 5–7 years’ experience in Real Asset operations, technology, or project management
• Familiarity with real asset operational tasks, functionality, and hierarchical structures from asset to client.
• Exposure to real asset technology platforms and tools an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client and regulatory needs into practical solutions.
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate across functions and contribute to client discussions.
• Comfortable working in a project environment with multiple stakeholders, balancing deadlines and priorities.
• Curious and adaptable, with an interest in developing expertise in global Real Assets and client product management.

Salary Range: $135,000 – 220,000 USD
