Job Description

VP, Product Management for Liquidity Solutions. The role will manage product strategy, design, and development to build out the Liquidity product suite to meet the needs of our global client base in the Cash Management business.

This role will support the Director of Liquidity Solutions to work closely with key stakeholders and partners to build alignment of Liquidity product and client strategy, then develop product designs and roadmaps to execute on the strategy. It will collaborate with Technology partners to ensure successful build of system capabilities and work with Sales partners to roll out the product capability to clients.

The VP, Product Management for Liquidity Solutions will lead the product strategy, design, and development of a global Liquidity product suite, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Continue the deployment of product strategy, roadmap, and design; work with key partner groups to build and deliver new products on the Liquidity roadmap.
• Ensure product strategy aligns with organization and department goals as well as supports client experience and needs.
• Work closely and ensure progress on Pan‑US and global initiatives on Liquidity to create a seamless solution for our clients.
• Work closely with other products around Core Banking, Payments, FX to ensure a coordinated and integrated launch of product and service‑capabilities.
• Obtain buy‑in and support from various key stakeholders – including senior management, partners, and committees.
• Determine and manage pricing for new products, including standard pricing and exceptions.
• Support sales teams in product training and collateral needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Liquidity Products covering both on‑balance sheet deposit options, Liquidity Sweeps and off‑balance sheet liquidity options.
• Short‑term money market instruments, interest rates, and yield curves.
• Relevant banking regulations and tax implications regarding liquidity and balance sheet management.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage business partners both inside and outside of the product organization and navigate a highly matrixed environment.
• Effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
• Translates strategy into product designs, roadmaps and development plans.

• A proven track record of developing and executing product development.
• Familiarity with banking products and services.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and effective time management.
• Acts to surpass goals, seizing opportunities to push the envelope, is entrepreneurial, analytical and proactive.
• Sets continually higher goals that are ambitious but realistic for self and team, geared toward organizational objectives.

• Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in Liquidity Product Management preferred.
• Experience in executing projects/strategies across multiple stakeholders.
• A firm grasp of specific trends impacting the banking industry with an overlay of knowledge of broader macro‑economic trends.
• 10+ years of experience in Liquidity product management or a related field; 5+ years of successively responsible leadership positions within a financial institution.
