Child Care Teacher – Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool

Full‑time positions are available with Infants.
Responsibilities- Create hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree required.
- Preferably at least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.
Physical RequirementsThis position requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons, and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. You will work in person in an early education/preschool child‑care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons’ policies and procedures, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of children in Bright Horizons care.

Hourly pay range: $21.25‑$25.95 per hour, depending on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors. Bright Horizons complies with required laws and offers reasonable accommodations for qualifying disabilities and pregnancy‑related limitations.
