We're seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Ambassador to join our team. The Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors, playing a critical role in creating a great first impression.
Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and process clients, customers, and guests.
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Collaborate with Executive Administrators on a daily basis.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with executive deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong corporate interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organizational capabilities.
- Competent in time management and problem-solving.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- 12 years of experience in a similar role or other customer-facing positions.
- Proficiency in using computers and office equipment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
