As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. We’re looking for an Order Processor to join our Operations team. You’ll report to the Operations Supervisor and work from our Jersey City office.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
* Match, count, and check items.
* Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
* Enter items and print stickers.
* Sort all orders by return carrier service.
* Verify order correctness and completeness.
* Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
* Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
** Who You Are:
*** You are a reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* You have the ability to work in a team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed.
* You can prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment.
* You have a strong customer/client-focused mindset.
* You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
* Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus.
* Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.
