Are you an ambitious leader with a passion for student engagement and progression? Elliott Hudson College is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to lead our strategic initiative for Student Engagement and Partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of post‑16 education within our trust and ensure Elliott Hudson College becomes the natural and aspirational choice for students across GORSE 11–16 academies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic initiative for Student Engagement and Partnerships.
- Drive student engagement and progression initiatives across the college.
- Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Communicate effectively to inspire confidence and aspiration.
- Collaborate with curriculum leaders to ensure innovative curriculum development.
- Provide team leadership and drive whole‑school impact.
- Demonstrate a proven track‑record of improving student outcomes and leading positive change.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, inspiring confidence and aspiration.
- Communicate effectively and lead with optimism, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience of innovative curriculum development.
- Show evidence of successful team leadership and whole‑school impact.
- An honours graduate (or equivalent) with Qualified Teacher Status.
- Membership of a teacher or local government pension scheme, depending on the role.
