* Education:

Possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

* Experience:

Prior experience teaching students with disabilities is preferred.

* Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.

* Knowledge:
Familiarity with IEP development and implementation, special education laws and regulations, and evidence-based instructional strategies is expected.
