• Conduct on‑site energy audits using diagnostic tools such as blower doors and infrared cameras
• Inspect insulation, HVAC systems, lighting, and appliances for efficiency and safety
• Collect and analyze utility data to determine baseline energy usage
• Prepare detailed audit reports and work orders with energy‑saving recommendations
• Educate homeowners and property managers on energy efficiency practices and available incentives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in residential energy auditing, building performance, or related fields
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software for energy modeling
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
• BPI (Building Performance Institute) BA‑T and BA‑P certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days

• BPI (Building Performance Institute) QCI certification
• Knowledge of building science principles and energy efficiency technologies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with utility energy efficiency programs and weatherization standards
