T&M Associates is seeking an experienced Site/Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team in New Jersey. This role can be based in Middletown, Bloomfield, or Mount Laurel, offering a flexible hybrid work environment that supports independent productivity and collaborative teamwork.
The ideal candidate has a strong land development background, expertise in zoning, site design, grading and drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and familiarity with NJDEP/NJDOT permitting.
