Through continuous improvement and data‑informed product development, we add features so that our customers have the best product experience in the market. The Product team is comprised of the brightest minds in tech, and our culture of autonomy and decisiveness gives our team members freedom to deliver without constantly seeking permission to act.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our player account management platform. This is a hybrid role located at our Jersey City, NJ location 1–2 days a week.

• Become a subject matter expert in our digital platforms and be able to identify regulatory intersections and impacts
• Perform detailed requirement gathering and create useful documentation to aid Product Development and Business teams
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive business decisions
• Clearly and succinctly communicate findings and recommendations
• Craft high‑quality user stories with acceptance criteria for product development teams
• Write technical specifications to support system change when required by development teams
• Work with the business on operational readiness and UAT plans for new state rollouts
• Lead key analysis initiatives across sports, gaming, account, bonus, payments, and more
• Perform detailed analysis on regulatory items to support next state rollouts
• Field technical questions from regulators and ensure timely, adequate responses
• Educate and onboard new staff members, with continued education for existing ones
• Deliver and maintain key assets for the US Runbooks to enhance our capability to enter new operating states and add gaming suppliers
• Stay up to date with US regulatory and compliance news and events; cascade key information to product development teams; provide early feedback on upcoming features

• 4+ years of experience in successful digital product development teams on data platforms
• 3+ years of experience developing product features from discovery to live delivery (epic and ticket building)
• Knowledge of Agile software product delivery and a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with US regulation and compliance
• Track record of quality analysis and team collaboration that enables Product Dev teams
• Ability to see projects through to the end and set an example for the team
• Creative problem‑solving with a focus on simple solutions
• Comfortable working outside of their comfort zone

The salary range for this position is $58,855.00 – $ USD, dependent on relevant experience, geography, and business needs. The role may include medical, vision, and dental insurance; life and disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; and other employee benefits. Incentive compensation may be available. Paid Personal Time Off and company holidays are included.
