RPM Raceway Jersey City is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Track Operations Associates to help deliver safe, fun, and action-packed racing experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll DoAs a Track Operations Associate, you'll be at the center of the action, ensuring our karting operations run safely and efficiently while creating an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting guests with helmet fitting, race preparation, and safety procedures
- Providing clear safety briefings and enforcing track rules
- Monitoring races and maintaining a safe racing environment
- Assisting guests entering and exiting karts
- Responding quickly and professionally to on-track incidents
- Maintaining track cleanliness, kart staging areas, and equipment organization
- Performing basic kart inspections and reporting maintenance concerns
- Supporting special events, leagues, corporate outings, and group races
- Delivering friendly and engaging customer service throughout the guest experience
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing, walking, and staying active throughout shifts
- Ability to communicate confidently with guests of all ages
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, attractions, karting, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
